As a proud Saint Paul native and first-generation college graduate, I have built my career around service, leadership, and creating opportunities for growth. I am an alumna of Hamline University, where I earned degrees in Sociology and Public Health Sciences, following a master's graduate from St. Cloud State University, where I earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Leadership. My educational and professional experiences have provided me with a unique understanding of both human services and organizational operations, allowing me to bridge the gap between people, processes, and sustainable solutions.

Throughout my career, I have worked in housing stabilization, case management, community advocacy, program development, and operational leadership. I have successfully developed policies and procedures, built systems from the ground up, streamlined workflows, and implemented processes that improve efficiency and accountability. My passion lies in transforming complexity into clarity. Whether supporting an individual, nonprofit, entrepreneur, or business owner, I focus on creating practical solutions that simplify challenges, strengthen operations, and produce measurable results.
